Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
This notice explains which personal data we collect through the website, what we use them for and which rights you can exercise.
The data you enter in the contact form (name, company, email, phone number and message) are used only to get back to you and answer your request. We do not use them for newsletters or promotional mailings and we do not pass them on to third parties.

Data we collect
We process the following categories of personal data:
- Contact details entered in the form: first and last name, company or organisation, email address, phone number, area of interest and message text
- Browsing data collected automatically by the systems running the website, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access
- Data on website usage collected through cookies and analytics tools, only if you have given your consent
Purposes and legal basis
We process personal data only for the purposes listed below:
- Answering requests and getting back to you. Form data are used only to handle your request for information, a quote or support. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and consent given through the checkbox in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Website operation and security. Browsing data are used to keep the website working properly, prevent abuse and detect any unlawful activity. Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Statistics and profiling. With your consent we use analytics tools (Google Analytics) to understand how the website is used, measure visits and analyse browsing behaviour, including by building aggregated profiles. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can refuse or withdraw at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.
- Legal obligations and protection of rights. Data may be processed to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).
Providing your data
Providing the data marked with an asterisk in the contact form is necessary for us to answer: without them we cannot follow up on your request. The other fields are optional.
Consent to analytics cookies is optional: if you do not give it you can still browse the website without any restriction.
How data are processed and retained
Data are processed electronically by authorised staff, with technical and organisational measures designed to protect them against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
Data are kept only for as long as strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, until consent is withdrawn, or for the period required by law where retention is needed to comply with legal obligations or requests from the authorities. After that period data are deleted or anonymised.
Recipients and data transfers
Data are not disclosed to the public. They may be processed by authorised Labinf Sistemi staff and by providers supporting us in running the website (for example hosting, technical support and maintenance services), appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR. If you consent to analytics cookies, browsing data are also processed by Google.
Data are processed mainly in Italy and in the European Union. Any transfer to countries outside the EU, for example when using Google services, takes place in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.
Your rights
You can exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR at any time by writing to privacy@labinfsistemi.it:
- Access your data and obtain a copy
- Ask for them to be corrected or updated
- Ask for them to be erased
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Receive your data in a structured format (portability)
- Not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling
- Withdraw consent, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal
- Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it)
